Just because we oppose this proposal doesn't mean we do not want progress, many of these families as you have noted have watched Strandhill develop. Development at what cost? The earth does not belong to us to destroy!! If you filter out the possible multiple submissions from within one family, or from the same address, or from within one business, for instance, the actual number of 'individual' submissions is rather less. Looks like the odds are being stacked by those opposing the project. Let us hope that the Council will not be overly influenced by the number of submissions rather than their substance.
